When you request a free digital presence audit we collect the name, work email, phone number and website address you enter into the form. Nothing else on this site asks you for personal data. We also collect anonymous usage statistics through Google Analytics, which does not identify you personally.
To carry out the audit you asked for and to send you the result, and to reply to you if you contact us. We do not add you to a marketing list without asking, and we do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for their own marketing.
Audit requests are delivered to a private Torus messaging channel and to our email, both accessible only to Torus staff. Data is transmitted over an encrypted connection. Google Analytics data is processed by Google under its own privacy terms.
Audit request details are kept for up to 12 months so we can follow up on the result, then deleted. If you become a customer, we keep what we need for as long as we provide the service and for as long as Malaysian law requires afterwards.
Under the PDPA you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw your consent to us using it. Email edwin@toruslabs.my and we will action it within a reasonable period at no charge.
We use Google Analytics cookies to understand which pages people read. Your language preference is stored in your browser's local storage so the site opens in the language you last chose. You can block or clear both through your browser settings; the site keeps working without them.
